Web based research portfolio

This is a semester-long research project I did with a team that focused on finding usability issues with the transit app, an app that helps users plan and track their public transportation. 

Our focus was on simplifying navigation and making key information like arrival time and route option more accessible at a glance. Through user testing and iteration we found pain points in the initial design and addressed them with clear hierarchy and more intuitive interaction. The goal was to create an experience that feels reliable, fast, and user-friendly for people on the move.
